These are the guarantees we meet and honor, without exception.
Guaranteed upfront pricing…you’ll always know the price before we start the job. - We conduct 50-state background checks and perform drug tests on every employee before they’re hired…plus, periodic drug testing takes place during their employment.
- We wouldn't send anyone to your home we wouldn't trust in ours.
- Our technicians and installers will respect you and your home at all times by wearing floor protectors, covering your floors where appropriate, and thoroughly cleaning the work area.
- Temperatures on new heating & cooling systems will vary no more than 3 degrees from the temperature set on your thermostat.
If this temperature range is not maintained, we will make necessary modifications, repairs, or replacements at no cost to you.
- Investment Guarantee…If you find a comparable installation at a lower price, we will meet and beat that price by $50.
- Lemon-Free Guarantee…When you purchase a new heating or cooling system from us – and operate it according to the manufacturer’s operating standards and allow us to maintain it for you – we will replace any deficient parts within 48 hours of our diagnosis…at no cost to you. This guarantee applies during the first 5 years of ownership, and the first 10 years on our premium systems.
- If you're not completely satisfied with our performance, maintenance or repair services, or the conduct of any of our staff during the first year after repair or installation, we will refund 100% of the contract amount, up to $300, within 30 days of your request.
