Cooling Inspection
Performed Mar - May
We check refridgerant levels, electrical connections, and airflow so your AC is ready for the first hot day, not struggling.
Heating Inspection
Performed Sept - Nov
We inspect and tune your furnace before the cold sets in, so you can flip the switch with confidence all winter.
Inspection season is closed June – August and December – February, so our crews stay focused on active repairs and emergency calls when members need us most.

Water Heater Flush excludes tankless water heaters and requires a brass boiler drain. The monthly plan option is a monthto-month membership, cancellable after 4 months; all memberships auto-renew based on plan selection. Annualized estimated value is based on current parts, labor, and supply pricing and full utilization of discounts, loyalty points, inspections, and other membership benefits.
