My experience with Burton has never been anything less than exceptional. They hire & train experts who are knowledgeable about all potential fixes and they never price gouge. It’s clear that everyone from the techs to reception care about quality.

I’ve been using Burton for years, and they have the best and educated techs I’ve ever worked with! I just purchased a newer home and the prior owners had never serviced the HVAC. I was not getting cool air in all the rooms and Nikolas did a great job of explaining everything in detail as he went, and troubleshooting. He was friendly, took his time, was very thorough, and even helped me find some coupons/discounts online to bring my cost of the service charges down.

JJ was a very pleasant and professional person. He put on shoe protection before entering our home. He explained all our questions during the service call, took the time to show us pictures and explain the issues we were having with our 20+ year system. After discussing our options JJ put us in contact with a Sales Rep.. I was very happy with JJ and would recommend him to other customers.

Excellent company!! Noah from Burton came out to answer some questions we had about a soft water system. He also completed some plumbing work we needed done. Noah was professional, very personable and friendly and knew his stuff!

We had our kitchen drain problem solved very efficiently by Burton. They were great, very efficient, and polite. They explained everything fully and did a great job. We would recommend Burton any time.

Devin was polite & professional. Work was done with great attention and thoroughness. He was able to repair a side issue with the toilet quickly and for a good price. Overall a great experience with good pricing

My technician Shawn was amazing! Not only did he take care of the drain problem. He was fast, efficient, very kind and respectable upfront about everything that he was doing and what needed to be done. I think he deserves a raise!

No cold air from the A/C and it’s Sunday!! Burton’s was able to dispatch John Erickson this afternoon. He knew the problem right away. He was able to locate the part & repaired it same day. I’m so thankful to have cool air again. Was very efficient & thorough , and still took time to explain what he did & was very courteous. Thanks John!

Very friendly and took the time to explain the readings, problems and each possible solution. Did not pressure us to make a decision and was happy to answer questions and helped me feel more comfortable and confident to make a decision.

Michael was very professional and very helpful. Went above what was required. Gave me the price of repair and stuck with it after damaging and replacing a part. Also saved me time and money by giving me info on having my kitchen sink faucet repaired.

My experience with Burton was very positive. They were friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Explained everything they were doing during the inspection and asked if I had any other questions before he left.

Burton is always wonderful to work with. I’ve been dealing with them for 7 years and am very satisfied with the service I receive. I’ve had my furnace replaced, have routine inspections completed, and I have had electrical concerns handled by them.

I would highly recommend Burton, as not only were they great to work with, their bid saved me several thousand dollars over the other 2 bids I got and with Burton monitoring the whole house generator, I have piece of mind!

Jared was very helpful! And he helped us understand the way our different systems worked. We signed up for the VIP home care package and are very pleased to have electrical, plumbing, and HVAC care all with one company that we trust.

Can’t say enough good things. Not the happiest when your AC unit goes out in the middle of summer. But Burton was here within hours of my call.

We had a major plug in our drain pipe and Scott worked very hard to clear it until he was confident that it was completely gone. He was very pleasant the whole time and kept me informed through the whole process. Great service!

They did a fantastic job from the person who was able to get an appointment for me within hours of my phone call to the service tech who had to move a heavy lid and and put out 200 feet of heavy hose . He went above and beyond.

Burton installed our new tankless water heater. Installers were great to work with. Work was done quickly, and the installers took care to make the installation process seamless.
